OTECO manufactures a wide range of models and sizes of rotating BOP and tubing stripper rubbers. The current rotating BOP models offered include the interchangeable parts for the Shaffer Type 50, 74, 79, Lynn International, Shaffer 51, and the Grant 7068. Tubing stripper rubbers are offered for the following stripper heads : Beaumont Iron Works PX-70 ( B2) and PX-107 ( B1) Cameron Petromec ( PC) Cameron QD Guiberson Type J2 & K2 Gulfco TT & S-6 Hillman-Kelley ( HK) Hinderliter Type SS, 4-S, & 4-1 Hydril Type RS Larkin Type K & SR Norris Hinderliter 4-1 Oil Center Tool Type J-1, JF-1 ( OCT) , Type T-16 ( OCT16) Rector Type R ( RR) and Type SS ( RSS) OTECO rubber parts are molded in our own facility. Our chemists supervise the formulation and mixing of various elastomers to assure an end product able to withstand tough operating conditions. Constant laboratory monitoring of the rubber mixtures and controlled curing ensure high manufacturing standards. Through the use of injection presses and other hydraulic presses to 1, 500 tons, the OTECO rubber products facility competitively produces a wide range of products.
